Championships begin in May and lasts for five weeks:
Week 1) League Qualifying: each school can enter up to 3 athletes per event. The top 8 in each event advance
Thursday, May 3 at Eagle Rock HS - early afternoon start - no relays

Week 2) League Finals: the top 4 in each varsity event advance. Only the FS champion advances from each event

Week 3) City Qualifying: 32 athletes will have qualified from the 8 different leagues in each event. They will compete for 8 spots in city finals, except 1600 its 12 spots, and in 3200 it is 16 spots
Thursday, May 17 at Birmingham HS - early afternoon start
