Monday: Track Shoes Necessary
1) Warm-up – jog 2 to 6 laps (2:10 to 2:20)
2) Stretch and roll call (2:20 to 2:30)
3) Divide up into groups for conditioning or
technical training (2:30 to 3:30):

Jumpers – Long, Triple, High E) Shot

4) Track Workout (3:45 to 4:15)
A) Breakdown – 600, 500,
400, 300, 200, 4 x 60 or
B) 5 x 600 (fast 400, jog

5) Tutoring from 4:30 to 5:30
Tuesday: No Track Shoes
1) Warm-up – jog 2 to 6 laps (2:10 to 2:20)
2) Quick Stretch and roll call (2:20 to 2:25)
3) Run the loop from Rimpau to Olympic to Kenniston
to Pico to Rimpau once or twice (1.2 to 2.4 miles)
4) Enter School through the South Gate Entrance

year’s football prospects meet with Coach Hardy on small field (3:10 to 4:30)
B) Everyone else meet with Coach Franklin and Holland on the tennis courts for stretching, drills, and
polymetric exercises. (3:10 to 4:00)
5) Tutoring from 4:00 to 5:30

1) Warm-up – jog 2 to 6 laps (2:10 to 2:20)
2) Stretch and roll call (2:20 to 2:35)
3) Jog up Rimpau to 3rd Street and back
4) Enter School through the West Campus Gate Entrance (Not the parking lot entrance)
A) Next year’s football
prospects meet with Coach Hardy on small field (3:10 to 4:30)
B) Everyone else meet with Coach Franklin and Holland on the tennis courts for stretching, drills, and
polymetric exercises. (3:10 to 4:00)
5) Tutoring from 4:00 to 5:30
Friday: Track Meets

Wear
T-Shirts to school and have your shorts and track shoes with you.
· To get scheduled for the events, you must check-in with Mr. Holland in room 167 during lunch.
· B-Track students must come to the school before lunch (11:00) and go to room 167.
· We will assemble on the field at 12:30.
· Track meets often take a long time. Plan on being back at the school between 6:00 and 7:00.
Practice on your own. Go to USC, LACC, or LAHS track. Make-up your own workout and do it. Also lift weights or do push-ups and sit-ups.
